I follow several talent management blogs that discuss how to be a better manager and there are some great ideas out there. Problem is, bad managers probably aren't the ones reading up on how to be a great leader.
But for those of you who actually are thinking about how to be the best leader you can be, Rypple may be a great new way to put theory into practice.
For example, I just got a question emailed to me from a colleague: What can I do to better support you?
And a manager I know just sent out a question: What is the most important thing I can do to be a better manager?
Respondees are anonymous.
And sometimes, you can even get positive feedback makes your day, like: 'You totally rock!'
Talk about grassroots appreciation programs!
